How it All Works...

Avonto Direct Connect is offered in 2 versions.  A retail version for Retailers and a wholesale version for Wholesalers.  The software is designed for the expressed purpose of streamlining the entire ordering process for both retailers and wholesalers in the Art & Custom Picture Framing industries.

The retail version allows retailers to automatically download and view over 160 different vendor's items and catalog prices.  The software allows retailers to quickly create and send their orders directly to each vendor regardless of time day or night.  Retailers have the option to print the order or to send it electronically in which case it is automatically received in the vendor's own system. 

In order to have full access to these prices and items, plus any critical program updates and unlimited support, a retailer must have purchased a Service Plan which is only $3.99 per month.  These can be purchased from within the software and are offered in 3, 6, 9 and 12 month options.  That's only $47.88 for an entire year of service!

The wholesale version is used by wholesale vendors.  Their software will automatically "receive" client orders which have been sent from any client using the retail version.  Once the order is received, it can be viewed, edited, printed and saved under the appropriate client account.  Reporting capabilities can easily be run and customized.  

A wholesaler does not need to have the software installed for their retail clients to use the retail version.  However, by allowing clients to place orders electronically and check prices without needing to call in, the wholesaler is infact allowing their business to be open 24/7 365.
